how to use dymacare shampoo cap

Wash and towel-dry

One shampoo cap is enough to perform a full wash for short and mid-length hair. For Very long thick hair 2 caps may be required. Heat the pack in the microwave for about 20 seconds (650W). Alternatively use it unwarmed. Place it over your head, massage it well and leave it to work for 2 minutes. Remove cap and work through the ends. Towel dry if required.
